Pritzker Laureate Balkrishna Doshi is a renowned Indian Architect and a fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architect and a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects. He is considered to be an important figure of South Asian Architecture and is famous for his contributions to the evolution of architectural discourse in India. Amongst several international and national awards and honors, he received the Global Award for Lifetime Achievement for Sustainable Architecture by Institut Francais d’architecure, Paris in 2007; and The Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2018 which is considered as an equivalent of Nobel Prize in Architecture. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 2020.
Kazi Khaleed Ashraf is an architect, urbanist, architectural historian from Bangladesh. A recipient of the Pierre Vago Journalism Award from the International Committee of Architectural Critics for the Architectural Design publication Made in India.
