Digital raves: sustainability meets club culture

The road map for transformative change that the UN has drawn up with its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) largely ignores culture, art and nightlife. However, nine of the 17 SDGs are already being implemented by a global community of stakeholders from the creative sector in the nightlife of their respective cities. Creative ideas for greater gender equity, social integration and sustainable resource use are being developed and enhanced every day in international partnerships. One of these stakeholders, Clubcommission Berlin, is making use of its social and cultural networks to enable us as a society to gain an understanding of the vision of sustainable, integrative and vibrant cities.
