Play Africa Connects: Boundaries for paretns and children
Many parents are now trying to juggle work responsibilities while simultaneously caring for young children. They have to make choices about what is important to them. Now, more than ever, we as adults need to understand what boundaries are, why they are important, and how we can set them. Once we feel confident setting boundaries for ourselves, we can model this for our children and help them to understand why this is an important lifelong skill for them as well. In this discussion we will explore the basics of boundary setting and why it is crucial for our own wellness and that of our families.
