Moderator Daisuke Tsuda's guests are Carsten Brosda (Minister of Culture and Media, Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, pre-recorded interview), Hideaki Omura (Governor, Aichi Prefecture), and Mayuko Sano (Professor, Kyoto University).
